WHAT WE DO
Primarily a property management company, Stellar Equity Group, also focused on buying and holding properties with a long term vision. Our properties are a mixture of long term and short term rentals. We like to buy all types of properties including some that need a total transformation. We’ve done several full rehabs on properties knowing there’s a huge demand for clean, safe and efficient apartments.
